Day one with Jan at Fitness Proaction. I thought I would start by some cardio and light weight training.... nope not to be. First things first, Jan says, lets get your baseline assessment so we have something to track.
Started with body composition (fat measurements to me), then blond pressure, resting heart rate, cardio fitness 3 minute step test, muscle fitness and flexibility (ya right on the filterability none to start so should be easy to improve on)
Now that she has all the information Jan will put together a weight training plan for three 45 minute sessions per week. Cadio is left to me but recommendation is 5 times per week 3 of which need to be before my weight training.
I am also going through a medical weight loss program at Transformation for Life which in coordination with my training.
