Early morning session today.  Started out with a 15 minute recumbent bike.  I though sitting back while I ride a bike would be a relaxing way to start the day.  Well, turns out I still needed to work those muscles that have lain dormant for so long.  But I did get to catch up on the news on CNN

Man-o- man did I break a sweat today.  Once again form means everything when training.  In the past when I went to the gym and worked out on my own and when things got hard, my form went away.  Not with my own personal trainer… Jan keeps me in form.  Makes it a lot harder but the result  are sooooo much better.

One thing that is so nice is to arrive and not worry about what machine I can get on or even what I am going to do.  Jan has my 45 minute workout planned in advance.  I just need to put my brain in neutral (not hard to do for me) and follow instructions (yes that is normally hard for me to do)

It’s only been a week but I feel taller, I have more energy and I come out ready to take on the world.

As in Rocky…. Getting Stronger!
