Great workout today. I am definitely getting stronger. My form still sucks but since I am never left alone I am not able to be a slacker. One-on-one training means just that and that is what I need. I made my goals at the start, and now my personal trainer is holding me accountable.
I looked at my chart today…. Yes, just like a medical office, Fitness Proaction is keeping up-to-date on my information. Well, I counted the measurements that Jan took when I first started and the number of measurements came up to 29. Yes a 29 point checklist! It made me think I have my car go through a 21 point check list every time it goes into the shop. At best guess, I will go through 16.37 cars in my lifetime. The point is I get my cars checked all the time…. why in the world have I not been paying that close attention to my body since I only get one of those?
