I am feeling great after the weekend and believe it or not I looked forward to my training session! I lost 5 pounds last week (great start but not to be continued at that pace). My point is, weekends normally result in more food etc…. but not this one, as I am working this body back into shape.
Talked to one of Fitness Proaction’s longtime clients on his way out. Told him I am working towards looking like him. He said I was looking good to which I replied: you don’t have to live in this body. Well, the good news is neither do I! I’m getting out of it and breaking back an old model year 
With the professional guidance and expertise of Jan, I am feeling confident in my direction and plan.
