Session 5 day 10

Great workout today. I am definitely getting stronger. My form still sucks but since I am never left alone I am not able to be a slacker. One-on-one training means just that and that is what I need. I made my goals at the start, and now my personal trainer is holding me accountable.

Training session 4 day 8

I am feeling great after the weekend and believe it or not I looked forward to my training session! I lost 5 pounds last week (great start but not to be continued at that pace). My point is, weekends normally result in more food etc…. but not this one, as I am working this body back into shape.

Day 5 and third day for one-on-one training and feeling great.

Early morning session today. Started out with a 15 minute recumbent bike. I though sitting back while I ride a bike would be a relaxing way to start the day. Well, turns out I still needed to work those muscles that have lain dormant for so long. But I did get to catch up on the news on CNN
More...

Day two for my one on one personal training

I arrived about 30 minutes before I needed to start my appointment…. Why? I had an issue with a client of mine which needed immediate attention. Needed to get online…. The first thought was to drive back to the office and cancel my appointment. After I thought about why not see if I could get some Wi-Fi close to the studio and get on line and fix the issue. Well Fitness Proaction turns out to offer free Wi-Fi and has a space for me to work also. Great… I got the issue fixed and can still got in my cardio (plus 10 extra minutes) and my training
More...

Day Three

Well today I started my workout. I can’t tell you how many times I planned to go to the gym and other things just took over. One day missed led to weeks and then months…. my intentions always good. Well knowing that there is someone waiting for you on a scheduled time makes you have to show up. Kind of like a doctor appointment, but this was not to fix a problem but prevent a problem.
